Temporary Works Equipment — Scaffolds: Performance Requirements and General Design
Performance requirements for access scaffolds: load classes, platform widths, clearances and the structural basis for them. The supervisor's use of it is narrow and constant — knowing that a scaffold is designed for a duty, that the duty has a load class, and that stacking spools or fittings on an access platform can exceed it. Pairs with the handover tag, which is the site-level expression of the same idea.
