Cranes — Safe Use: General
The management framework around a lift rather than the machine: planning, the duties of the appointed person, crane operator, slinger and signaller, and the circumstances requiring a written lift plan. Useful as the reference that makes clear a lift is a planned operation with named roles, which is the distinction between a lift and simply picking something up.
