The Indian inspection regime for above-ground storage tanks, setting the external and internal inspection intervals, the scope of each, and the certification a tank needs before it returns to service. For civil work it is the document that mandates settlement surveys, foundation and ringwall inspection, dyke wall integrity checks and drainage condition as part of the tank inspection scope — not as separate civil maintenance.
